Var ikke det sted vi bestilte. Adressen vi kĆørte efter var en bygning under renovering. Fik fat i udlejer, der oplyste en ny adresse. Der fik vi en lejlighed, der ikke lignede det, som var annonceret. Der var et sovevƦrelse med dobbeltseng og et sovevƦrelse med to enkeltsenge, hvoraf den ene stod klods op af et skab. Hverken stue eller kĆøkken svarede til det annoncerede.

Great place to stay

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay with everything organised as per commitment. Clean and neat apartment with access to most tourist places easily.. there was no one to receive us and I was a bit anxious first but all instructions given with such good clarity that we no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this apartment.

nice on the outside but.

we were directed to an address which wasn't the accommodation and only a meet point . Had to get nearby hotel receptionist to phone agent to meet us despite having made arrangements . Got a phone call the day before - to arrange arrival time . not great. facilities equipped with cheapest furnishings and didn't work . Agent was attentive and courteous but has to raise his game and make the accommodation comfortable. Also there was a fight a drunken fight in the same block one night which meant we didnt get any sleep.

Very poor service - great location

firstly, there is no reception, and you have to try and make contact to advise arrival. secondly, the address is not as stated on website, and neither are the pictures a true reflection of the accommodation. I had to call these people many times, seems like they are only interested in your money. Got 3g internet, but it is a joke, go and buy your own at the shopping centre. i added 50e credit to the USB modem and enjoyed very poor connection. carpark below, great if you get the right space. Really very poor management and service, stayed for 6 days and left with same bedding and towels as when i entered. the room was OK, but really this place is suitable for people who want to be near science museum and not worried about service. when i left, i had to call to find whee to leave keys, and was told to leave them in apartment,after moving car out of parking! would not recommend it unless you are a student or not to fussy! there are better hotels at similar if not lower prices in the same area.

PremiĆØrement, ce n'est pas un hĆ“tel ! C'est juste un appartement dans un bĆ¢timent rĆ©sidentiel ! Il est impossible de le trouver car aucune pancarte ni indications; c'est une agence immobiliĆØre qui en dĆ©tient env 10. Il faut tĆ©l avant pour que l'agent immobilier vienne vous chercher et vous emmĆØne Ć  l'appart. Contrairement Ć  ce qui est inscrit, il n'y a donc aucun service de navette, aucune assistance d'aucune sorte : vous ĆŖtes livrĆ©s Ć  vous-mĆŖme ! Vous ne voyez que l'agent immobilier au dĆ©but (sympa au demeurant) qui peut vous vendre les billets pour la citĆ© des sciences, et c'est tout !! Il vaut mieux savoir parler espagnol. Si vous avez un problĆØme quelconque durant le sĆ©jour, il faut tĆ©lĆ©phoner. DeuxiĆØmement, il y a bien un lave-linge, mais peu d'appart possĆØde un lave-linge sĆ©chant. Les matelas sont bons, mais je ne comprends pas "matelas Ć  oreiller incorporĆ©". Il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle contrairement Ć  ce qui est inscrit. Les serviettes sont bien lĆ  mais pas "d'articles de toilette gratuits". Petit Ć©cran plat mais pas de lecteur DVD. Petit soucis que nous avons eu : grille pain et une lampe de chevet H.S. Enfin, ces appart dans cet immeuble rĆ©sidentiel de 19 Ć©tages sont bruyants car proche d'une grande artĆØre.

The reception system was not easy

1, The correct address of this apartment is not the same as showing on the website. The correct one was informed by a person who contact us at the day of checking in by e-mail. Here is the quotation "We inform you that the exact adress of the apartment is Autopista del Saler 446013 Valencia", however, our Sat Nav did not show the address and strangely, not being shown by Google map as well! so you should call someone if you lost. Actually, we lost and borrowed telephone at a adjacent restaurant to call them. The apartment does not have a reception so you need to meet someone from this company who has a key of your room on the street. Having a PHONE is necessary. The information which including there were no reception had not come until the day before checking in. You would better to ask when and where you need to meet the person before leaving your home. 2, The apartment does not have wi-fi. They offer us an USB cable modem (NOT wireless) 10 euro per day. 3, Parking require to pay 10 euro per day. 4, The room was comfortable and cosy but the floor needs to be wiped if you are with toddlers or babies. It was a bit dusty. 5, There is a supermarket at the ground floor. Very useful.
