My main concern was the high bathtub sides in our bathroom. There was nothing to help a person get into the tub in order to shower. I was not able to do this without assistance

The restaurant had good service & food. The waitress wasn't dressed appropriately for her job position. Our room was located next to the staff cleaning room & we could smell the chemicals in our room; the door to the cleaning supplies was wide open. When mentioned to the Front Desk person (who was not wearing a name tag) she disregarded the information. No view; just the roof & satellite dish. Parking lot next to Inn was rough; almost fell when walking. No headboard on bed. Pillows & bed uncomfortable. We are Seniors & asked about a room on the ground floor but Front Desk person again was very inconsiderate. She insisted we be on the second floor & had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Very inconsiderate Management!

Right next to the highway. No elevator so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs, very narrow hallway

Booked this hotel as we were passing through and would not make Kamloops. Old building, however, the area was updated, looked and smelled clean and fresh. AC worked great. Staff were helpful and great! Beds were the most comfortable sleep we had on this whole trip! $75 cheaper than surrounding towns to boot!
