"It is a good place to stay if you are in for a few weeks. The kitchen is good if you are doing simple cooking. On the other hand cooking involving boiling frying causes water to condensate as the air is humid as well. It is close enough to amenities. You need to be able to walk reasonably well. "

Well stocked and maintained apartment on a nice quiet site conveniently situated for surrounding golf courses. "I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. "Had an excellent stay at PortoBay Falésia. The staff were wonderful, the food was great so was our room/ view. The hotel has many amenities & activities to do but one that was very convenient for us was that the beach was a short walk away, with that you experience the most beautiful scenery of the mountains whilst walking towards it."
