"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Un séjour qui s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions, un appartement spacieux, propre, fonctionnel avec une terrasse comprenant de quoi profiter du soleil toulonnais. La formule express de petit déjeuner à 5€ est parfaite, que ce soit la qualité ou la plage horaire prévue. Tout cela pour un tarif très raisonnable. Je recommande"

"The main problem is that the location is hard to pickup on Uber. If you don’t speak French, it may be hard to communicate the exact location or they may not be willing to drive into the cul de sac. Otherwise, the property is decent and it’s less than 10 min from the central harbor. I had a bit of difficulty with the key and The host was a little aggressive when I asked for help. had difficulty with the key. "

"Great day"

"No dining whatsoever. No towels for pool or change of towels. 1 roll of toilette paper provided for the entire week. Terrace had wasps : the technician said it was just « nice bees » and did not treat it. The spa is not accessible to guests and charges for use of sauna and indoor pool. This is not a 4 star facility . Daily breakfast was dismounting : no scrambled eggs or bacon. 1 croissant or chocolate croissant . Only ham . Not worth it. We were disappointed and will not return or recommend...

"Wir waren schon mehrfach dort. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Neben einem schönen Pool mit ausreichend Schirmen und Liegen kann man aus der Anlage direkt auf den Sandstrand, der ewig flach ist. Ideal für Familien. Hunde sind erlaubt, was leider auch nachts zu Gebelle führt. Es ist eine Apartmentanlage, also muss man seine Betten selbst machen und es gibt nur einmal Handtücher. "We stayed 2 nights for vacation. The room was clean. The staff at front desk were friendly, even though one of the room service ladies was not that nice ( She kept knocking at the door before 10:30 am wanting to clean the room. We told her to come later, she was unhappy and had an attitude). I reported it to the reception desk lady and she apologized and gave me one free breakfast as compensation. I appreciate it. So, I still recommend this hotel. "

"Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year. "
