"I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could. "

We had the chance to dine at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, absolutely outstanding quality of food and drinks. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The only downside was the number of bugs we found in the room. We understand that the windows are left open during cleaning, but adding screens would really help prevent this. Overall, a wonderful stay in a stunning location, we would definitely come back"

"An old-style Tuscan country estate with a peaceful atmosphere, attentive service, excellent breakfast.The surroundings are serene and picturesque， perfect for a quiet escape from the city. However, the room next door had poor sound insulation on the night I stayed, which slightly affected my sleep quality. The room and facilities are a bit dated, so travelers who prefer a more modern style may want to confirm their room type in advance."

"Overall the room was clean with a spacious bathroom. Staff at the reception office were very friendly. Breakfast, despite it being the same food everyday, was sufficient to get the day started. The views were amazing and the dinner was delicious. "

"Ceiling was leaking in the bathroom causing the floor to have puddles of water. Extremely dangerous. Service staff on the whole was good, unfortunately when they could have really helped out they chose to be short sighted and cheap. Would not return to that establishment. "

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."
