"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "

"Was not able to accomplish planned 100 ride due to fatigue. However the room was very pleasant and allowed for a great day of rest and recuperation. Hope to return someday to Pontresina to attempt the ride and when I do I look to once again staying at this great locale in the Engadin Valley. Thanks Hotel Steinbock for a great stay"
