"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly low key hotel in a low key town but very peaceful and friendly. The owners are very family focussed and there is a children’s toy area in the corner of the small restaurant. There’s a boot room downstairs for storing ski gear (and I believe my bikes in the summer). The set and a la carte menus are good if limited in choice which suited us. It’s necessary to book…as is the case with anywhere in Termignon and the other Val Cenis villages. "

"The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room."
