"Excellent location. Ski shop rental is on level-1 and the hotel is next to the slopes. Room was comfortable and staff was very accommodating. Try the raclette restaurant downstairs but reserve in advance. "

"Perfectly thought out hotel and amazing people with a special shout out to Morgane who was particularly wonderful and helpful. We checked out in the morning our final day, stored our luggage in the luggage room and still skied a full day. The luggage room is equipped with showers so we were able to clean up and change for dinner before our transport picked us up late in the evening. Morgane was kind enough to provide plastic bags for our wet clothes. Breakfast was great. One of the notable features is make your own fresh squeezed orange juice. Spa has an indoor and outdoor sauna and a very nice hammam/steam room. There is a well equipped ski room with boot driers/warmers that in each locker. Will definitely stay here again next time in Val D’Isere."

The staff were incredible—our bags didn’t arrive for three days, and they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They also helped us book all our ski activities and transportation, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfy, and the price was great. Highly recommend! "
