"Checkin was absolutely terrible. The kiosk wasn't working correctly and this caused a 45min delay in getting into our room as well as several phone calls to getthe situation resolved. "A self check in hotel, we never saw a member of staff over the 2 days we were there but the hotel runs amazingly. Rooms have everything you want, spacious and very clean. Brilliant shower and hairdryer. Breakfast is self service with plenty of continental choice. You can make a hot drink ay time of the day and either sit in the lounge area or take it back to your room in proper cups. Would definitely stay here again."

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...
