Room needs some work. Painting need to happen. Shower head was in the wrong spot . Glass door rubber gasket didn’t meet the tub so when you turned on the water, the whole bathroom got wet. Would have liked vending machines because there’s nothing really around there. And ice machine .

Great property with majestic decorations and very close for walking to everything. The staff was especially amazing, including Sofia, Maira, Sonia, and Eilyn. I will recommend to all friends and will definitely return.

I cannot say enough about this property the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in the Parma area.
