"We stayed for 4 nights it is about 10 walk to old town and town center. We had a studio appointment it was ok. The bathroom cabinet is restricting the use of the sink. It may be better if replaced with a mirror on the wall with a shelf next to it. Thanks we will be using BOB W in the future in other places as we travel."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). "This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"There were few details one needs to consider, the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep and very slippery, it’s also uncomfortable to get to the bed. Light switch is so far that you can not switch it off from the bed. The WiFi and TV did not work in my room. There was 0 communication before my stay. However, the staff at arrival was polite and communicative. The flat was really clean and it was great to have a stove and a fridge. If you have any mobility issues, it’s not suitable for you. "

There is cutlery, plates, bowls and cooking utensils. An ideal base camp to explore the city but not a place to sit in comfort "

"When you book a cheap hotel you expect that at least the basic boxes are ticked. Well, they ticked all the basic boxes you need. Also, the hotel is new and modern with large windows, which was very nice. I didn't have any service as it was self-check-in. However, when you look into the details you might find some issues. "this is the second time ive stayed at the park inn in tallinn and i will be going back the staff are grate helpful and polite i asked two staff members for there names as they exceeded all my expectations one was called carman the other was ksenia i dont know there second names but they where the best staff i had come across in all the hotels ive stayed in they even servied a person from the usa minites before the bar shut and help him with food as he had just arrived wish more staff were like this in other hotels "

"This was my first time traveling to Tallinn, so I was a bit nervous. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. The design modern and well done and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in my travels. It was less than a 10 min walk to old town, but the hotel itself had pretty good dining options. I'll definitely be staying here on my next vist!"
