"Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."

The main light switch for the room couldn’t find until later when I found the wall built half way across it. This property was rated 8.6. Really! Next day I checked and down to 6.8. Still to high in my opinion. "

Clean, comfortable, modern, and very friendly
