"Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village."

"Good location, very close to the bus terminal. Beautiful view over the river and the fortress. The room was nice and big. "DON'T STAY HERE! Orbitz should stop allowing hotels to list deceptive prices and then tack on "special fees." This is a "hot sheets" hotel that will tack on extra fees for checking in before 7 PM, weekends, and apparently, whatever else they feel. We booked two rooms for two days paid in advance on Orbitz, and then were help up for another $120 when we arrived. "
