Had to take cold shower twice in 2 nights. Told to open sink fosset as well as shower, to no avail. Not only does waist lots of water, but after 30 minutes and the water is still cold? Thats not rocket science. Have stayed there in the past, no problems. This trip? Well complaining about no hot water didn't seem it was anyones interest but my own. No offers of a different room or a room credit, nada.

Check-in was a breeze and the front desk service was polite. Walking Upstairs to the room we realized there is construction going on across the entire property. Unfortunately, that construction was literally by our doorstep. After we moved all of our belongings into the room, we realized the AC did not work. We reported this issue to reception and they suggested we move to a different room on the lower level so we packed up our belongings and moved downstairs. Once again construction was on us. After moving into the room, we realized there was no hot water in the shower. It took over 20 minutes for the hot water to finally arrive. I would never recommend this hotel to any traveler, although some rooms have been remodeled and are fairly decent in parts of the hotel that are adjacent to the construction. However, there is construction pallets debris, and temporary storage of item all over the hallways, walkways, and trash everywhere.

Over all very nice check in was fast and very friendly so thankful I was able to be mover and no complain due to haven a kid just the Ac unit would make a scary noise when cutting off but other then that enjoy my stay

The room smelled horrible - maybe from the cleaner they used? Giant empty space next to bed where a chair probably used to be. Television wasn’t working. Loud neighbors outside at night playing music. The place needs some help.

I loved the layout of this hotel. It was very retro. Our room had recently been remodeled. It was cute. Comfy bed. Clean. Nice staff. Handy location. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice.
