"Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. "This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"We were arriving late and departing early and the Radisson is advertised as inside directly connected to arrivals. Unfortunately the arrows take you outside and it is a long walk when wearing just a jacket and the temperature is below zero. Glad we didn't have bags and the signage could route through the connected terminals. Or the hotel could offer better directions. Other shuttles are just outside the arrivals door so alternatives would have been easy and were cheaper."
