"We asked for three beds and was given a very large room with 3 beds. Room was clean and the security guards at the metal detector were so eager to help me on looking for the bus route to the museums and parks I wanted to go. It was the guards that help me not the reception clerk, they did not know anything and did not bother to look for it on the map or do anything at all. Therefore I am giving a low rating on service.But the manager and the room maids were very nice. The breakfast they served...

"Das Hotel hat keine Zulassung für ausländische Gäste, daher ist jede Buchung sinnlos. Trotz Bestätigung der Reservierung konnte ich kein Zimmer beziehen, ich musste ein anderes Hotel finden. Das Hotel hat auf Expedia.de nichts zu suchen. "

"施設自体悪くない。朝食も良かった。 しかし、チェックイン時にまさかの予約を受けていません。ホテルドットコムの予約確認書を見せても、メール画面を見せても認めない。約30分、英語もろくに話すスタッフがおらず、携帯の翻訳サイトを使った会話。最後は諦めたように予約とは違うタイプのキーを渡され、ちゃんと確認するけど予約は無いよと中国語。デポジットはとっておきます。翌朝のチェックアウトまで何の連絡も無く、終始不安で過ごすことになりました。チェックアウト時何の説明もなく、何事も無かったようにOK!のみ。デポジットも返されましたが、呆れて文句いう気にもならなかった。ほぼクレームです。ホテルドットコムさん共々説明を求めます。"

"The hostel is on a helpful, central location. Restaurants, shops on the doorstep. I arrived about 3.30am and no problem. The building seems to be a former higher end hotel and they’ve taken over a floor, so the double rooms are pretty big, well air conditioned, high end bed sheets etc. Didnt see the dorm rooms. The owner is fantastic - she was incredible helpful when i ran into some problems during my stay- even took me to dinner and drove me to the station. A couple of the other staff looked...

"ホテルは清潔で価格もリーズナブル。もう一度泊まってもいいと思う。個人の好みですが、シャワーが上から出るタイプのみしかない点が若干マイナス。近隣は最も繁華街というわけではないが、十分に繁華街だし、BRTの駅もバス停も近い。"

"The only negative thing about this Hotel is that despite we were accommodated on the Non-smoking Floor, the corridor is often filled with cigarette smoke which also found their way into the room. Very annoying and unhealthy."
