"Wow this apt is in a gorgeous historic building that has been lovingly renovated with an incredible artistic flair. Neighborhood is central with great nightlife. I really enjoyed my stay. Heads up for those of you who can't carry your bags up stairs-- there is no elevator so climbing a minimum of one floor up is necessary. I didn't mind a bit, just FYI. "

"We were only here for one night and picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had a 6AM flight. To our surprise, we were within 3 minute walk to the best parts of Catania with good restaurants, lively action, and lots of things going on. The hotel itself was pretty with helpful staff and a much nicer room than we needed for one night and at a reasonable price."

Be aware that access is on the side of the building adjacent to a parking lot through 2 locked metal gates and you must be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator starts on floor 1. "The staff were wonderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. We had maintenance people come quickly for a problem with our refrigerator and toilet. The breakfast was outstanding. The lobby is beautiful. The property is a bit aged and needs some updating. "

Lovely hotel

"Lovely hotel. Really well situated and just across the road from the airport bus. And a beautiful park. On a busy shopping street (but with none of the noise, at least not in our room which was on the second floor and facing into a courtyard). Breakfast was lovely with a good choice, high ceilings and nice features. Comfy bed. Would recommend. Only downside is that there is no lift so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs. "

"Interesting property with unique decor. My room had a view of a beautiful church building. Location is perfect, just a few steps from Etnea Road which is a very long street with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable.
