"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "Charming boutique hotel with a bicycle theme. Rooms are small but well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideal if you arrive in Strasbourg by train yet still only a ten minute walk into the old town. Busses and streetcars are also close nearby for further travel.
