"All was perfect. The only problem was we make two reservations and one of those was with at breakfast and one was not we make all with breakfast and when we arrive, they tell us one was no plop "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful.the room was exceptional. View was fantastic. We stayed 7 nights and used the roof top pool everyday and Copacabano Beach was just across the street. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and huge selection. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I give it 5 star rating. I was a woman travelling on my own from England and felt very safe. The reception on my arrival was very approachable, friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Anything you need to know just them at reception and the will help you with everything you need and more. My suite was beautiful, clean and fresh. Housekeeping everyday. There is a good choice at breakfast, continental, cereal and eggs and bacon. Door staff very helpful. Sauna and the hotels pool amazing.😀"
