It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"The communication with the host was the worst, he spoke to us in a very arrogant and rude tone. He threatened to cancel the reservation several times because I wasn’t answering right away. He said he did not have to be trying to contact me because it was not his job. I asked a very simple question about the payment I had to do, and he made it a problem. He charged us for a deposit that was not stated in hotels.com. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome at all. Worst experience."
