"Property under renovation construction and is active throughout the day. Elevator, hallway, and ice machine area had debris and workers during daylight hours. The hotel was good otherwise and this didn’t effect our stay but didn’t know when I made our reservation only when we checked in. "

"Amazing! Stayed for just one night while traveling through the area. Bright and clean lobby. Front desk associate was sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. Room was comfy, quiet and super clean. Breakfast looked good (mix of hot and cold items), but we just grabbed fresh hot coffee before heading out. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we're ever in the Richmond area. Highly recommend!"

"Overall a good stay. Very nice front desk staff! The lobby construction was a little chaotic when we were trying to leave as the workers had blocked the door with a big piece of machinery & that would be my only complaint "

"Breakfast starts at 7am. Several people were waiting before 7am. Most hotels do 6 am. Would have loved non dairy milk and more gluten-free options! Hot water for tea luke warm at best, except for one time."

"We loved this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the historic vibe of both the hotel and the neighborhood. We had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is pet-friendly. We brought our elderly dog on the trip with us and there were no issues. "
