"El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar "
"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date."

"I was very happy with this stay. What a great hotel. Wonderful staff. Everything working and in good condition. Excellent security at the doors. I felt completely safe. The breakfast buffet is amazing. La chica at the omelet station is so sweet and good. The food was a step above any other place I’ve stayed. Nice pool and hot tub and a complete spa at extra cost but affordable. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’ll plan to stay in the sister hotels when I travel to other cities. "Loved the location of this hotel. You are in the middle of everything! Across the street is a building of restaurants and shopping! It’s a must! And down the street is a beautiful mall. The rooms are small but just big enough for comfort. The security is great! You can’t go in or out of the hotel without someone letting you in. I am from Colombia but I was doing so business in Bogota, but I will be back to this hotel with my family! "
