"Clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds, amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. Will be returning to this place every time we visit Ottawa. It would have been great to have access to a pool, but traveling with a puppy we probably would not have been using it anyways."

"Glad we gave it a chance. Very convenient to where we needed to be & much cheaper than other choices. Room was quiet & clean with everything we needed, just a bit dated. The beds were very comfortable & the air conditioner worked well. Nice area to do your hair or makeup with good mirrors. We knew before booking that the pool wasn't in operation, but we didn't want to use a pool anyway. If you do want one, or are looking for a resort style feel, then I'd suggest finding another place with a pool. But for us, everything was great. We'll definitely book here again next time we're back in this area. Oh, and the WiFi connection for our iPad worked well too."

"Exceptionally clean and well-maintained property. The room was basic but offered good value for money. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback for us was the mattress, which was softer than we personally prefer. However, that’s purely a matter of individual taste—the mattress itself was in excellent condition. Overall, a very positive experience and great value."
