"We loved staying here in one of the log cabins! Very accommodating staff with lots of facilities. Restaurants and breakfast were wonderful and loved exploring the surrounding area. Only downsides would be the spa area - water very cold small pool more ideal for children than adults. Also the hotel charges entry for music / club nights which is discouraging. "

Even when in the morning we was roasting hot and had receptionist checking on us as fire alarm went off.. sauna didnt switched off from the evening before..they send someone to fix it it was just a perfect place. "Check in closes at 10.00.p.m. at a major tourist area. The plane with tourists from the capital, Helsinki, does not arrive at the closest airfield until 10.30.p.m. They need to consider this. The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor. There are multiple buildings in this complex and not well lit, so you have to find your in the dark and the cold and pulling your suitcase through snow."
