"Good hotel close to all amenities. Room comfy, great shower 😊 only issues curtains don’t cover length of windows, parking is first come, first served! And if you’ve got a room roadside it’s noisy! I did ask for a quiet room, away from the road."

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

"Very happy with my stay. The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Helped me with parking and was very responsive to my requests. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Cheltenham. Hotel and room met my expectations. The breakfast tray and fresh fruit in the room was a nice touch."

"Fantastic place to stay. We had two suites for relatives who were visiting Cheltenham. Both suites were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Milk and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch. Plenty of towels with robes and slippers too. The team I spoke to were all really helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this place. "
