Full of smoke in lobby and hall ways. Gave me an occupied room and walked into a sleeping couple New room they gave me had dirty sheets, trash all over the floor and dirty towel. Cockroaches scatter everytime you turn on lights People smoking pot and drinking in parking lot. Felt very unsafe.

I initially checked in October 26, and was placed in a smoking room, although my reservation was for no smoking. The following day October 27, I advised front desk of the issue and was changed to another room. The new room did not have working plumbing, and maintenance did not address the issue for the entire day. That night, when a new staff member came in I advised them of the issue, and my room was changed again. In the new room, there were no immediate issues or complaints. November 6th, a bathroom vent fell from the ceiling while my minor child was in the shower. Due to work hours I was unable to speak with someone that morning. Later that day, I advised front desk staff of the issue and was advised maintenance would be out to fix the issue. Maintenance did not come that day, or the following day. Due to fear of other debris falling from the ceiling the bathroom was inoperable. I checked out October 8, due to the issue never being addressed. While the staff was pleasant there is a lack of urgency in regards to maintenance, comfort of the guest, or accommodating the guest after an unsatisfactory experience.

I was unfortunately put into a smoking room, although my reservation was for a non-smoking room. After having my room corrected the following day, I was placed into a room that did not have a working toilet. I requested assistance from a staff member who plunged the toilet but did not rectify the issue. I was told a ticket would be put in because the toilet needed to be snaked. No one came to fix the toilet so before midnight, I was changed to another room that was a little more satisfactory but also had toilet issues. In less than 48 hours, I had changed room 3 times.

I loved the exterior look and colors, the interior lobby was also very nice with convenience items for purchase. The only thing we didnt care for was there were no blankets on the beds just 2 sheets, and the plugins weren't in convenient areas as well as the plugs kept falling out because the outlets were loose. Overall we would stay again for thevprice and convenience as well as friendly staff.

We had an issue with our room key and when we went to get it fixed they didn’t ask for any kind of proof it was our room. It was the same guy who checked us in so he might have recognized us.

The property did not look like what was on the Internet. The place was painted with dark colors with no decor and extremely dirty and unsanitary. The mattress was lumpy and only on a metal spring frame. This place is not for an overnight stay

It was good, not beautiful and a smell of smoke in the room was awful. The rooms are not beautiful but if you are looking cheap options it would be good.
