"The rooms are very well appointed with tile, marble, granite on all surfaces. The rooms are large and comes with jetted tubs with separate shower and separate toilet. The condition of the room is exceelnt, no maintenance issues at all. Each room comes with a steam cleaning appliance for pressing, drying and steaming hangup clothing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"They advertise king size beds, but all they have a maybe a queen. I asked the front desk if they made a mistake with the room they gave me, because the bed is not king size. They said that's the only size bed they have in all the rooms. This hotel is in the middle of the party district, so keep that in mind when booking. "

"Great location near the train station and buses Very warm in the room Good breakfast option and common room nice rooftop terrace The machine at check-in didn't accept our Hotels reservation number and none was sent to us by email, so if we had checked in 15 min later, we would have been stuck, as the employee would no longer have been there and had forgotten to send it to use, so make sure you have received a code for auto check-in"

"Overall a good experience. The staff was very helpful in recommending me places to eat and helping me call for a taxi to the bus station. Very fuss free hotel with just enough amenities. Only thing was shower cap was not provided and the safe could not be opened. Overall cleanliness was not the best. Window blinds were very dusty."

"Great location in the Sangmu area. Close to the subway, which is halfway between the KTX and the Bus Terminal (about 5-7 minutes to each). Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a short walk to 5/18 Memorial Park."

"Clean, comfortable and right in downtown Gwangju! Close to the train station if you’re taking the trail from Seoul. The breakfast buffet had hot Korean food (not instant ramen!) and the room had this great machine to freshen clothes! We drove from Pyeongtaek and got in at 2200 and the front desk had our room ready and waited for us. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"First lobby staff member was friendly and helpful. When leaving lobby staff member did not want to help us at all. He blackmailed in order for to get a taxi to the airport. Will not stay or recommend at all. "

"The hotel's location is quite inconvenient so if you do not own a car, it might be not ideal accommodation. Also, maybe due to the season, there were not much restaurants and stores open. I tried to visit the Megabox movie theatre and it was dead quiet. Accommodation is quiet and clean. Very warm. I do not recommend breakfast though. Not much options "
