Recepcionistas atenciosos, educados, cordiais. O hotel em si muito bonito e novo. O quarto nem tanto. Mas não me incomodou nem atrapalhou em nada. Roupa de cama limpa e macia. O travesseiro poderia ser mais confortável. Chuveiro demorou bastante para esquentar ( e não esquentou o bastante). Café da manhã delicioso.
