"Its a clean room, couple small bars of soap, *squeaky springs* bed and shower for the night. Nothing special. The shower had hot water and great pressure. I was very thankful they had a clothes dryer on the property- but it would have been nice to not have to pay extra for it. They were very nice, checked on us with a phone call after we checked in to see if everything was ok and let me borrow a hair dryer from the front desk when I asked. Overall- it was a good deal for the one night stay...

"There was a mild BO smell upon entering the room. This was the second room as the first room’s key card was inoperative. The room was clean and the hotel did have a pool and spa. But, the hot/cold on the shower was switched in the room. I slept fairly well. Took a while for the water to heat up until I realized the hot/cold issue. "

"What an amazing experience, one I will be talking about and recommending to people for a long while. Rick at the front desk exceeded expectations as far as how friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating he was. I hope to return one day and try to stay in one of the other rooms. I pause to note any fault in this place, but just in case this helps anyone, I had a restless sleep due to the hard mattress and old, flat pillow situation. Maybe bring your own pillows? "

"Odor in the room when you first walked in. Light switch and fan switch were located in the bathroom on the wall of the bathtub. Shower curtain could cover it, but a safety concern if Mike Holmes of “Make it Right! Mike” would have a field day with this place."

"The receptionists at the front desk was very nice and cheerful! Her demeanor was pleasant and inviting. The property was clean, aside from one dark hair on the hand towel in the bathroom. It was a huge bummer to not have coffee available in the morning, and also inconvenient that the ice machine wasn’t functioning. Thankfully, there is a 7-11 within walking distance! "Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) "

"Can’t say enough good things about the staff here! From the check in process to the breakfast provided, everyone was so attentive and helpful. Angelique was particularly helpful when accessing the pool for an evening swim and warm beverage. Everyone has been super. The pool was very warm, breakfast options were extensive and tasty, and beds were comfortable; nothing more to ask of a hotel."
