"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Place was extremely clean and had perfect black out drapes on every window and door. Bed was hard, but they provided extra blankets we used as a nest. Location isn’t the most personally desirable but fine if you have a car for exploring Marsala. Kitchen is well stocked with things needed to prepare meals, but could use some staples like salt and oil. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t really work and kicked us off and made us login an extraordinary amount of times."

"This hotel has been renamed The New Hotel Palace. It was grand, beautiful pool area, ornate lobby and sitting areas albeit somewhat dated. The staff was lovely. It was very quiet, guessing that it was off season. The breakfast was not enticing, a bit disappointing. The same foods were out for 2 mornings so there was nothing that was fresh except maybe the loaf of bread to toast. "

"Archangelo was wonderful. He was there to meet us and served a fantastic breakfast. The apartment was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback was the noise from the water pump which was quite loud. But the location was easy walking distance to downtown and the parking was great. "

"It's located in high rise type neighbourhood ,found it easily on the GPS ,not a great area,but a good apartment, shower was very small in our room, the rest of the apartment was good,baby sized TV, had trouble locating the manager , nothing much in English , not able to work out which apartment was the manager,, I told them of this problem,when I checked in, was basically told I had not paid enough, with hotel.com reservation,the wifi was not good in our room, we had to sit in the dark stairwell...

"The location is gorgeous! I can see why people have weddings there. My suite was very night with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathtub which I did enjoy. "Absolutely stunning hotel, so clean and quiet, perfect relaxation with the best meal we ate in all our time in Sicily. I couldn’t find any reviews on the pool before we went so I will state that it was perfect too, great temperature and rarely too busy, during the day we had it to ourselves largely. We would love to return and would highly recommend. I’ve never checked in to a hotel before and been given the owner’s phone number! It’s a very special place. "
