"We had a lovely couple of nights stay. It’s a great location for visiting Umhlanga, everyone was lovely and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge at the top of the property, with a great view of the sea. Highly recommend and will stay again when next visiting"

"Wonderful find! A tranquil oasis within walking distance of Umhlanga's restaurants and beaches. Unique and distinctive sense of style and place, beautiful gardens, and best of all we saw dolphins from our balcony! The hotel staff were uniformly friendly and there were many thoughtful little touches which elevated the entire experience into something very memorable. Highly recommended."

"Staff superb. Most things very good. 2 exceptions 1. The jacuzzi bath jets were broken and it was awkward to fill the bath. As this was one of the reasons I chose the room this was disappointing. 2. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Continental bit OK; cooked bit very poor. 1 smallish sausage and 2 small pieces of streaky bacon and 2 eggs. could have had beans and tomato but do not like them."

"The worst service we have ever received from a hotel/Bnb. It was a very hot 32 degree day and the air conditioner was broken in our room. We asked for another room when we we told the bnb was fully occupied which was understandable. We then requested that we get a refund for our accommodation because we couldn’t stay in a room that was so hot. The owner told us we needed to wait for her maintenance guy who was a 2 hour drive away, let alone the amount of time it would take him to repair a broken...
