"Poor condition! Fell down the stairs no signs slippery when wet, they did not even dry up the staircase in the morning after it rained. Bathroom moldy and shoddy, curtains not even hung up properly, curtains dirty. We were not even warned about load shedding when we arrived so were not prepared ahead of time. False advertising as it says breakfast patio… no such thing!!! "

"The staff at this place are phenomenal!! We had only booked this for one night, but ended up staying for 4 nights because we all took turns with the stomach flu. There is a pharmacy connected with the hotel, which was wonderful. Each morning when I would go down to extend for another night, they would ask how we were doing, give us water bottles and ask if there was anything extra they could do to help out. Across the street was a small grocery store that we could pick up things.. Uber Eats...

I can’t understand why Expedia would allow me to book a room at urban park when they are closed. I would like a refund for the room I booked! "The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!"
