Really realy bad service
Hotel room is good. Personell service was the worst I have ever seen from any service personell. The people at the breakfast the 9& 11 of juli was more interested in speaking with each other that doing there job, to make sure they filled up on empty breakfast and removed dished from empty tables. Reception was also not interested in the customer. I'm in Umea regularly but will never stay at this hogel acain

Bra hotell av klass
Bra hotell, har bott här flera gånger tidigare men de senaste åren valt ett annat Umehotell. Nu byter jag tillbaka. Dragonen håller bra klass, har rum i olika prisnivåer, bjuder på husmanskost varje kväll och är professionella helt igenom. Dock viktigt att receptionen ägnar gäster god uppmärksamhet vid in- och utcheckning med ett leende kanske men alltid med ett :Välkommen tillbaka!
