"It’s in the middle of the forest, still developing and in construction, feels kinda unsafe. And the property does not provide body wash or toothpaste those basic things. Also, I booked the wrong dates, they do not allow us to change the date, so we just wasted one night."

"It is in the middle of no where, have to cross a very dirty and busy area to get there, once there there’s nothing close by and the lack of service like room service or any convenience doesn’t help. The wifi was not working and I had to move to another hotel to be able to work, but had no refund from the property, even when the service promised was not delivered (wifi)."

"It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas."
