"The landlord is a great guy, he's full of information about the town and he saves us by printing out our boarsing cards bwfore we left. We had to find gim at his hotel on the seafront for this though.
The property is spacious and decently furnished, 6 can confortably sleep there. But there were sone problems: there were no cups, glasses of saucepans in the kitchen and the promised microwave did not exist. The AC unit dripp constantly and profusely, and there are 6 or seven parking spaces for...

There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. "Pretty nice for the price compared to other options, nice view, big enough for 4 people, we really loved the balcony. Both girls were really responsive to our needs and communication was easy. Underground parking is a big plus and the proximity to the beach is top notch. "Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "

"This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides. We could not find the villa and google maps got it wrong but we popped into a restaurant and they called they owners who met us there and let us follow them. This was extremely good value for what you got I would highly recommend it. The host also offered to take us to a local beach for €10 each way and it was so nice and private. I posted a review on trip adviser as well with photos. "
