"I had a 2 bedroom and absolutely love it..had all the convenience of home with a full kitchen and washer/dryer but the added bonus with a daily cleaning and full hotel amenities. There was plenty of food option and shopping right below the hotel so you would not have to venture outside if it's too cold. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back "

"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. "We had a great time at this place. Check in/out were super easy. The unit is big enough for a group of 4. The massage chair was everyone's favorite. Close to the metro station/bakeries/convenient stores/restaurants. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom door - it was opaque and you would see what the person inside was doing. We used a bath towel to cover the shoulder to knee section so there there would be some privacy - luckily we always carry some duct tape when traveling and...

"We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea."
