Accidentally booked room here, as I thought it was closer to where I was going to be. Called and let them know, seemed to be understanding over the phone. Then upon contacting Expedia, hotel refused multiple times to give a refund for the accident, not a positive experience.

Everyone was super friendly and the Wellness area was great. The breakfast was good too but it was everyday the same. The bathroom in the neighbour house was also very little. All in all we were Happy though.

We loved the the hotel was in the country but, at the edge of a smaller town. The hotel restaurant was great and the breakfast was wonderful. We will look into staying here again if, we ever get back this way.

Family stay in the blackforest
Lovely hotel in a residential area, small town in the Black Forest. Close to many attractions. Great breakfast service and kids loved the pool. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
