A good property, but showing its age a bit. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, and close to shopping, restaurants and the monkey park. Rooms were clean but showing some age. Breakfast was very good and staff very attentive, really liked the free afternoon tea time. Overall a good experience.

Where do i start? The hotel itself is located at the city centre, walkable to everything. Very easy for us to rent a scooter, accessible to shopping areas, variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff are very kind, attentive and polite. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay. Best hotel we stayed in during our 5 weeks trip. The rooms are big, very clean, the staff is so nice ans helpful (Ayu is wonderful)! Nice Stay
We had an amazing stay right in the middle of Ubud, yet it felt like a jungle resort. However, it must be mentioned somewhere in the hotel description that there are rooms not suitable for old people or people with disabilities as our, although very nice, had lot of stairs to reach. We personally had no bad experience, the staff was very welcoming and made our stay a memorable one. The hotel is strongly recommended for a stay in Ubud.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The room we had was wonderfully spacious and luxurious. The bed was so big I could spread out without actually colliding with my husband. Breakfast buffet was different every day and lots of choice. Super fresh eggs and fruit. The Homemade Restaurant also had a huge choice of menu and excellent quality and good choice of cocktails too. The Spa was amazing and really good value for money and I can recommend the hot stone massage.

I'll start off by saying that the staff made this an exceptional stay. Nothing was too much trouble, all requests were accepted and in good humour as well. We had a good rapport with everyone during our stay. The were top class. Being able to communicate requests via Whatsapp made things so much easier than many hotels we have stayed at. The spa, the in house restaurant, the breakfast buffett, room service, it was all excellent. This hotel is handily placed right on one of the main roads in Ubud, but the way the hotel is laid out, you would never know. We had one of the pool villas that was some distance from main reception and the main buildings, but that just added to the exclusive nature of the room. There were some small elements that make this a four star hotel rather than a five star. There were occasions when the room wasn't cleaned. We also felt it strange that the coffee sachets in the room were from Nescafe, when we'd have hoped they could have been a local speciality. It is those types of little touches that could have meant a five star rating. Some of the fit & finishings around the pool area could have done with being updated, but I understand that this is a tough weather environment to operate in and that extreme sunshine and heat followed by torrential rain does not make this easy to ensure that the decking is it's best. But this is nit-picking, if the opportunity came to stay in Ubud once again, we would have no hesitation to stay at KajaNe Mua.

Great location, close to numerous restaurants, money exchanges, shopping. They got free shuttle for close by rides for drop off and pickup. Provide transportation for $ everywhere in Bali, which is very convenient and not to get scammed by someone random. Amazing staff, very nice, calm and helping folks all around. The service is fantastic as always. This is our third time there already and they always make us feel at home. I was unwell and the staff went out of their way to help me. The complimentary shuttle was very convenient, and the hotel’s location is super central, next to well known eateries. The traffic can be congested to/ fro the airport so do plan ahead and leave early if you are going to the airport.
