The man who helped us check in, was extremely hospitable, sharing with us great information on the area, and also some needed supplies that we did not have for charging our phones. We were stranded in this area and couldn’t get back to our home, but we had a very hospitable time in this posada.

The hotel is rather lovely. Great spacious room. We had the best eve r dinner at the restaurant BUT there is a massive bit coming up…. The hotel didn’t tell us about the huge and exceptionally noisy environment due to extensive building work. It is utterly noisy and v uncomfortable. We had to leave the hotel For the day in order to relax and enjoy. Totally unfair. We approached the reception team and they literally lied to be by saying it was just a last minute problem. They all Lied to our faces. Shame on you Expedia for not looking after us your customers and failing to advise and give us the chance to book another hotel. This hotel Was and is v expensive and yet we hate it due to the building work. Stay away until the work is completed or demand a discount. It is unfair that we pay for a service which is not being fully provided. For the team at Expedia, I expect more from you Considering the huge amount of bookings I have made the past few months. You were supposed to take care of us all customers and those who were supposed to enjoy the Platinum status. This is not the case. I am embarrassed on your and the hotel behalf.

Excelente Opção em Ubatuba
O hotel tem estacionamento, uma vista do mar espetacular, serviço de leva e traz para praia próxima ao hotel e o café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é confortável mas o banheiro é pequeno, não tem bancada ou apoio próximo a pia. Os funcionários da recepção são nota mil, em especial a Laura e o Evandro, sempre muito educados e disponíveis para ajudar.

Bom, mas pode melhorar muito.
Hotel pode melhorar bastante no atendimento. Por exemplo, eles não aceitam que o hóspede use o micro-ondas. Já ficamos em pousadas bem mais simples e em hotéis 5 estrelas que nunca recusaram. No nosso quarto, o vidro do box do banheiro só ia até a metade, então toda vez que tomávamos banho, o banheiro ficava todo molhado. Apesar do hotel ser novo, os travesseiros, as toalhas e as roupas de cama, pareciam usadas com cheiro de suor, mesmo após pedirmos para trocar. Sabonetes líquidos e shampoos fornecidos pelo hotel também são de qualidade bem inferior. Não há telefones nos quartos. O contato é todo via WhatsApp, mas os funcionários demoram demais para responder. A pia do banheiro era tão pequena que precisávamos usar a janela como suporte. A jacuzzi de uso comum é linda com o vidro em uma das laterais, mas infelizmente estava com água e bordas sujas. Apesar de tudo, a construção nova, a piscina climatizada e a vista maravilhosa compensam os deslizes. Gostaríamos de elogiar também o excelente atendimento do Caju no Beach Club. Ele atende os hóspedes com primazia.
