"Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50. "

"My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. "Great location and great placement above the mall. Fantastic panoramic views of Belgrade. Great service. Very lively bar that happens to be the hotspot for local night life. After hours access is a bit problematic because the mall entrances close during the night and one has to figure out where is the elevator. My only complaint would be that they do not have adequate shower supplies. Instead of usual shower gel and shampoo you get a small bar soap."

"Spacious and comfortable room with a view, comfortable bed, complimentary mineral water, good breakfast, very friendly reception and restaurant staff, daily cleaning, restaurant and bar in hotel; was here for work and conference spaces were also appropriate. WiFi was stable but completely open (always more secure to have it password-protected); would’ve liked a kettle in the room for tea but it wasn’t a big problem"

"This was such a great stay and I don’t usually leave reviews. The highlight for sure was the restaurant and cafe.. you must try a piece of the famous cake there! Also it was great that this hotel was right off of the main pedestrian shopping road in Belgrade “Knyaz Mikaela” which made for a lovely stroll. "

Great Hotel in a Perfect Location

"Perfect hotel. Very clean, comfy beds and very central - directly on the main shopping street. Many great cafes, restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The only issue (which can be solved) was the noise from the street as there are some restaurants/bars downstairs. For me I just wore ear plugs and this issue was solved. If you’re ok with wearing Ear Plugs - then this place is ideal. "
