"Well at first they couldn't find our stay and thought we were at wrong location so we ended up going to other location and they didn't have us either so I called hotel.com and they got it all straightened out and the hotel found us.we were very frustrated but it all worked out."

"The room was nice and cozy! O loved that I was able to control my temperature in my own room. The vibe and aesthetic of the hotel is fun and eclectic. Loved their drink menu at the Ash Bar and enjoyed the food at their venue called Swann House."

"I requested early check in and was treated rudely by the lady at the front desk. She brushed me off. Didn’t look at my account to see if I was eve had a confirmation or nothing. I arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t get into my room until I made a complaint and I got my keys at 3:15/3:30. Unacceptable. "

"Location! It’s only a couple of blocks north of the Inner Harbor. The decor and architecture of the building were also very nice. Speaking of that, my partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the tall ceilings in our room. It made the room feel more spacious, and the large windows provided a lot of natural light. Maybe the only criticism that we had for the hotel was that there was no bacon offered at the continental breakfast. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this hotel to...
