I did not like that our room was in another building and did not have anyone from the hotel in the second building. The building was in another parking lot and was uncomfortable. The satellite went out immediately and never came back on. I have stayed at this hotel for going on 3 years whenever I am in Twin and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I will no longer be staying here.

I booked a two-bed room, and unfortunately, we discovered bed bugs in one of the beds. My son was bitten multiple times, resulting in painful rashes, and he couldn't sleep at all that night. When we reported the issue to the front desk, the staff was neither helpful nor courteous. This experience was extremely disappointing and unsettling.

Staff was kind and welcoming. Room was not properly cleaned for our arrival. Smoke detector was covered by plastic bag. Fire alarm was covered with toilet paper. There was also an article of clothing in the middle of the floor from previous guest. Unfortunately hot tub was not working for our stay.

Upon arrival I was not greeted. I stood there in front of the lady for 5 mins before she said "checking in". A few of the staff members were all out front smoking. The room was outdated, carpet was not clean. Both the pool and sauna were closed for "repairs". The overall property really needs updated. There seemed to be live in people there and not overnights stays.
