"Excellent customers service, front desk and helped me check in early. But things need to be updated in the hotel, the tub was clogged, toilet squeaked flushing, mold on the tub, the cabinet that was holding the mini fridge and the microwave the knob came off it was hard to open and felt like it was going to fall off. Carpet had burn marks from past tenant. The blinds don’t close all the way, really torn. The only updated thing was the mirror above the sink. Room was clean. "

"Overall, a very good choice for staying in this area. We arrived a little early (1:45) hoping to check in before we went to Joshua Tree. We had a prepaid reservation. It did not appear to be busy at all, but the gentleman at the front desk said we couldn't check in until after 3. I'm quite sure there was a room ready and have never been refused a room when so close to check in time. He allowed us to put our luggage in the storage room. He was somewhat unaccomadating.
