"Cooks and cleaning staff were not consistent in wearing mask. Electricity went away off and on during the stay (sometimes during the night and the air conditioning would stop working... making it hard to sleep). Can’t tip with credit card. Charge you for early check in even though room was available. Pools had crabs in them (dead and alive). Other than that, it was good."
