"Perfect hotel for a pre-cruise overnight stay. The room was okay as it was a bit dated, but the customer service was exceptional. The young man at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful. Even walked outside with us to show us where the port bus departed. Included breakfast was fine. Wi-Fi was a bit iffy as it depended upon how many people were trying to access it at the same time. "

"Very friendly staff, Cherry was there to great us and explained all important things about the room. Breakfast was very good. High points were the service and location (close to the port and with many restaurants). Low points were no elevator and bathroom outside the room (as it was stated in advance)."
