Place settings not brought until after food served and jug of water never arrived. We were not asked if food was satisfactory (it was) and no one asked us did we want to see a dessert...

From check in to check out, the staff were incredible, welcomed us and got us an early check in to get ready for the wedding! "Was moved to a room that had better Wi-Fi coverage, a minor inconvenience but the staff were always most helpful. Everything else was very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.. Had breakfast and a couple of evening meals which were a good standard. In the evenings the staff were faultless and I enjoyed the comfort with a pint of Guinness. Many thanks, I stayed for four nights and would recommend this hotel. Ron Sweeney."
