"We loved every inch of this resort. The beach is amazing. The vibe at night was cool. They have music and fire pits in great locations. The service was attentive. (Ms. Kayonn is fabulous). The concierge (Giovanni and Roshene) were helpful The resort is clean and safe. Our room was fantastic. We had an eat-in Kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful view. Ask for a room on the top two floors. On the negative side, the drinks are very expensive and the sand was difficult to walk in ;)… come on, this place is amazing. You don’t come here on a budget. The food at West Bay Club was good, but we walked to Wymara for lunch and dinner each day. It’s an easy walk and they’re very welcoming. We walked to the Marine Room for dinner too. Every dining experience at Indigo, Blue Water Bistro and the Marine Room were amazing. We would come back to West Bay Club because of the lower cost of accommodations with a great beachfront right on Grace Bay in walking distance to the island’s best restaurants."

"Still some construction going on as of November 28th but the hotel and staff are great. Felt safe as a single female traveling with my teen daughter. Beach access was a five minute walk. Would definitely stay there again, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping."

"This was the most amazing boutique hotel! This is in a quieter side of the island in Blue Mountain and you feel very isolated from the busier Grace Bay. Worth every penny and made a very important birthday extra special. We had a one bedroom with a plunge pool. While the main pool is nice, we were shocked so many people enjoyed that all day and not the private slice of beach. The resort is also surrounded by a reef system that’s awesome to snorkel. Vitas Italian based restaurant was amazing and we made several stops at Cocos Boutique for gifts, Tylenol and great advice. The main office helps setup activities for you and most come with travel to and from. We could not be more grateful for the team of staff that made it so pleasant. "

"Amazing property and very conveniently located to the downtown area and beach. The room and living area is tastefully done. The restaurant was also amazing. Loved everything we had there for breakfast. The staff were great and also loved the welcome drink of rum punch. We were also able to utilize the free bicycles to explore around. Definitely worth staying at for the price point "
