"If you have a big party, this place is great. Right in front of the beach. A lot of dining options and many things to do around. Main issues are communicating with the property and difficult parking. Otherwise its a great place."

"Great location. Incredible view. But the amenities were lacking. Towels were the lowest quality and not enough. Staffing was minimal and they were not available to answer questions. The amenities were the bare minimum. Based on the location, view and the accommodation, one would expect there to be high end toiletries, towels, robes and slippers. "

"Loved the location (walking distance from and connected via above-ground walkways tp Busan Train Station), and it felt like a home away from home. The views were great and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was seamless but a bit confusing but if you follow the instructions, it's not too bad. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it for families who need a kitchen, fridge and washer/dryer. You don't have access to the pool or gym."

"This is the perfect cozy location if you want to be right on the beach. I was able to stay here and watch the amazing fireworks from my balcony, and it was the most picture perfect view. There’s a connecting bridge on the 3rd floor in A building to Busan Station where there’re many eateries and across the street are Chinatown and Texas Street, where you can find many restaurants. "It’s excellent. We have everything we need in the hotel: Microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, washing/drying machine, stove. Toiletries were provided. It’s also very clean! It’s near the beach. Convenience stores are all over the place. Bus stops around the corner too. It was an easy check in and check out. The only downside was that host speaks/writes only in Korean, I had to translate everytime. We had a great stay and I will actually book again if given a chance to go back to Busan!"

"This place is spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of the sunset on my 47th floor room. So convenient to Busan Station with a walkway from the hotel area. It was a little high tech for light switches and toilet flushing but figured it out. Like the fact that the security guard is at the desk as soon as you enter. Beautiful building! "

"The room is small. Not much to see or do around here however metro is nearby to other areas. If you're not a fan of wet toilets, this is not a place for you. Also, you'll be charged Won10.000 for extending your checkout by an hour til1200. Landlady won't budge. This despite me paying an extra full day so that I could check in early rather than wait til the 1600 check in time. (After a red eye) Would I stay here again - No. "

"Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that"

"Pension is on the outskirts of Busan, so quieter & less populated area. The hotel & room were clean and our room had a nice view of the ocean/beach. One negative is that it can get a little loud if there are guests singing karaoke at night. Also appreciate that it is pet-friendly. We tend to travel with our toy pomeranian often. "

"I stayed for 1 night and I wish i could stay for longer but i had a flight for seoul in the morning but the stay was amazing the service was excellent and the room service was excellent the room was so spacious it felt like a mini apartment in a hotel the staff is so kind and always willing to help they can speak both english and korean so it was really helpful since i am a exchange student trying to learn korean. 10/10 service "

"I stayed for 1 night and I wish i could stay for longer but i had a flight for seoul in the morning but the stay was amazing the service was excellent and the room service was excellent the room was so spacious it felt like a mini apartment in a hotel the staff is so kind and always willing to help they can speak both english and korean so it was really helpful since i am a exchange student trying to learn korean. 10/10 service "
