The Mayo is phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is stunning. Will be staying here every time I'm in town

Hotel is beautiful and iconic. Only complaint would be that I was charged for three days of valet parking at $30.00 per day and only had a rental car for one day, which means I only used valet one day. They said it was in the agreement when I checked in but I was never even asked if I was using valet parking. Ridiculous policy and should be revised immediately.
