Just be aware that rooms are not cleaned without asking when you stay multiple days. We were not told of this & were surprised not to have our towels replenished. It didn't bother us that the beds, etc. were not made, but towels are a necessity. Also, there is no carpet on the floor, so bring your slippers! Our TV was not working, but staff helped us out immediately. It would be nice to have some form of protein at the breakfast bar. Bagels & cream cheese would be nice. Peanut butter showed up our last day. We just are not sweet eating people.

Attending events at fairgrounds and was so convenient. Cost effective. Needs a little updating but the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very handy. Ill stay again when it’s convenient to do so.

This property is next to high visitor attractions. The two times we visited found the mattresses to be over used and sagging. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They are pet friendly and that was big plus for us. The property was safe but the parking lot is small and can get packed fast. 4 out of 5 stars for us due to the mattresses.

Property is run-down, rooms out of date. Cockroaches in our room. I will say the daily room cleaning staff does a good job. Owners need to put some money out and update the place. Hallways and stairways disgusting.

Stained sheets, mascara on pillow cases, noisy and collapsed mattresses. Noisy room. Bathroom extraction fan broken. Just not a good stay.
